The Neighbourhood Challenge is a Shahrazad activity aimed at supporting cultural projects where ICORN Guest Writers collaborate with local artists. This week, Easterine Kire Iralu (poet from Nagaland, India, former ICORN Guest Writer in Tromsø City of Refuge) and Anita M. Ingebritsen (Norwegian photographer) visit Stavanger to work on a poetry-photography book about the city.
